About ARC

Established in 2015, Atomic Resource Coalition (ARC) has set forth a mission to provide assistance and support for all current and eligible beneficiaries working through the Energy Employees Occupational Illness Compensation Program Act (EEOICPA). ARC is committed to helping energy workers and their families navigate the EEOICPA claim filing process, performing charitable services, and serving as an active education resource regarding the EEOICPA.

How ARC Helps

ARC Representatives are available to assist claimants and their family members through the EEOICPA claim process from start to finish. Our goal is to ensure claimants and their family members understand each step available to them, to provide consultation when needed, and help claimants or survivors obtain necessary employment and medical records.

Outreach

ARC hosts events (Town Hall meetings, resource fairs, retiree luncheons, etc.) for the purpose of educating current and former workers and/or their survivors about the benefits they may qualify for under the EEOICPA.

Please see our Events page for upcoming gatherings!

Networking

ARC representatives are in close contact with the Department of Labor Resource Centers helping to initiate the claim filing process. When necessary, claimants are introduced to a network of trusted advocates and professionals nationwide who specialize in handing EEOCIPA claims.
